What is your warranty?
Every client receives a 24-month warranty on all equipment purchased from us. Replacement parts will be couriered free of charge and installation assistance will be provided through Skype or email communication if required. Standard warranty restrictions apply. Do you Accept returns or Refunds?
Yes, every customer who is a consumer within the meaning of the law has the right to return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of obtaining possession of the ordered equipment. Please contact your GENIO representative for further details.
How Do I can place an order?
There are two methods for placing an order. You can order directly from our online store or contact one of our GENIO representatives found on the “Contact” portion of our website.
When will my Order arrive?
Our goal is to get your order into your distillery very quickly, and that depends on a few things. We generally ship within 3 to 14 working days from the date of receipt of payment. Orders are shipped via ground, air parcel, or by sea, depending on the size of the order and your geographical location. Generally you should expect to receive your order within one to four weeks.
What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?
At the outset, we apologize for the delay. We encourage you to check the tracking number provided to you with your shipping details. If there is still any ambiguity regarding your shipment, please contact us and we will clarify any concerns you may have.
